U.S. Mylan Becomes 20th Largest Pharmaceutical Company In Romania After Abbott Acquisition

U.S. pharmaceutical company Mylan, which was not directly present in Romania, gained the 20th position in the local pharma players’ ranking after the acquisition of Abbott drug division outside the U.S., whose sales in Romania amount to almost RON180 million (EUR41 million).
