Zentiva Pharmaceutical Plant Could Go To Indian Company

The generics division of French-held Sanofi, which includes the Zentiva pharmaceutical company with its plant in Romania (the former Sicomed), as well, is being courted by India’s Torrent Pharmaceuticals Ltd., which is offering EUR2 billion to buy Sanofi’s generics business.
