Hidroelectrica Shareholders Fail To Approve 2017 Budget; Supervisory Board Appointed For A 4-Month Period

The Romanian Energy Ministry and investment fund Fondul Proprietatea, shareholders of Romania’s state-owned hydropower producer Hidroelectrica, did not approve the company’s budget for 2017, the company said in a statement Thursday.
