Over Half Of Romanian Employers Have Trouble Filling Vacant Jobs

Over half of employers in Romania (53%) have difficulties filling vacant positions mainly because of candidates’ lack of experience, and skilled workers, engineers and managers are the hardest to find, according to a Manpower survey released Wednesday.
