RCS&RDS Hires Citi Banker To Manage Its Finances

Telecom group RCS&RDS recruited the former vice-president of Citibank Romania in charge of corporate banking, Razvan Badalicescu, as manager over finance-accounting. He left the local subsidiary of Citi at the end of last year, after 15 years with the U.S. bank.
