Recruitment Firms: Personnel Shortage To Worsen In 2017

The serious gap between workforce demand and supply in 2016 will only widen this year and employers will have no other way but raise wages, the heads of the major recruitment firms warn. In order to lessen the shortage of personnel, the authorities, in turn, have to encourage people living on welfare to take a job.
