Veronica Brejan Promoted As Head of Talent At Vodafone Group

Veronica Brejan, an executive who has worked for three years with Vodafone Romania, in charge with the talent management unit in the past year, has been promoted to Vodafone’s London headquarters.

Brejan, 34, will coordinate the talent and performance team for the entire group’s employees.

“Veronica Brejan joined Vodafone’s international team on January 1 and took over the position of Group Head of Talent and Performance. The company decided to offer Veronica an international experience, as part of her development plan. For the next two years, she will coordinate various international projects providing her with global perspectives, exposure to a multicultural environment and the opportunity to coordinate international projects,” said Vodafone Romania representatives.

Brejan has worked with Vodafone since 2011, with the first position held being that of Senior HR Business Partner for the technology unit.

After a year, she also took over the areas of talent management, recruiting, training, culture, internal communication and performance management.

Before Vodafone, she worked for a year with KPMG Romania. In the 2005-2008 period, she worked in the HR department of Cargill Romania and Bulgaria.

She started her HR career with Alstom Power Romania.

A graduate of the Law School of the Transilvania University of Brasov (2002), Brejan also attended a MA program in business communication and foreign languages with the Bucharest Academy of Economic Studies. In 2012, she graduated from the Executive MBA program offered domestically by Maastricht School of Management.
