Hungary Temporarily Blocks VIG's Acquisition of Aegon Operations in CEE

Vienna Insurance Group's planned acquisition of Dutch Aegon's Central and Eastern European business is temporarily blocked by Hungary which said it would deny approval for the acquisition of the Hungarian Aegon companies to a foreign investor.
