Lactalis Offers RON0.5252/Unit For Entire Stake In Albalact

French-held giant Lactalis is offering RON0.5252 per share for the entire stake in Romanian dairy manufacturer Albalact (ALBZ.RO), 38% higher than the share price on January 28, 2016, when the takeover intention was announced on the Bucharest Stock Exchange, according to official data.
