Meta Estate Trust Wants to Distribute Dividends with 4% Yield

Real estate holding Meta Estate Trust has convened the ordinary general meeting of shareholders for April 25 to vote on the distribution of RON2.95 million dividends from the 2023 profit to the shareholders holding preferred shares with priority dividend, proportionally to their shareholding in the class of preferred shares.
