Monsanto Appoints New GM For Romania, Bulgaria And Moldova

US agricultural seeds producer Monsanto has changed the structure of the local management, naming Octavian Chihaia as general manager for Romania, Bulgaria and the Republic of Moldova, while Cosmin Chioreanu was appointed general manager for Hungary, Croatia and Serbia.
