Oltchim Completes Ramplast Sale To Dynamic Selling In EUR2.6M Deal

Romanian state-owned chemical plant Oltchim Ramnicu Valcea (OLT.RO) on Friday said it completed the sale of building materials division Ramplast to Dynamic Selling Group within a transaction worth RON12.1 million (EUR2.6 million).
