PepsiCo Merges Sodas, Mineral Water Bottlers

Quadrant-Amroq Beverages (QAB), bottler of PepsiCo on the local market, will merge through absorption with Vitarom Impex, the manufacturers of mineral water Valea Izvoarelor and soda glass bottler under PepsiCo brand.
