PwC: Romanian M&A Market Hit Record High In 2015, Topping EUR3B

The value of the Romanian mergers and acquisitions (M&A) market surged 160% in 2015, to over EUR3 billion, exceeding the previous record set before the economic crisis, while for 2016, the forecasts are also positive, according to an analysis by professional services firm PwC Romania.
