2017 To See Record High Of New Industrial Space Deliveries, But Record Low Of Retail Space Deliveries

Romania’s industrial and logistics sector will see a record high of deliveries in 2017, of approximately 480,000 square meters, while deliveries of new retail space will reach the lowest level in 14 years, with approximately 70,000 sqm, according to an analysis by real estate consulting firm Cushman & Wakefield Echinox.
