54% Of Space Leased By Transilvania Constructii Clients Is Used For Warehousing And Distribution

More than half (54%) of the total area leased by the Cluj-based company Transilvania Constructii in the TRC Parks logistics projects it develops and manages is used for warehousing and distribution, 35% for production, 3% for logistics and courier activities, and 2% for telecommunications operations, the company’s statistics show.
