Acquisitions Resumed On Construction Market: Octagon Set To Buy Construction Materials Producer For EUR2m

Construction company Octagon, held by Greek businessmen Alexandros Ignatiadis and Paschalis Paganias, is in the process of acquiring a local construction materials producer, through an investment of around EUR2 million, funded through a bank loan. This is the first time that Octagon, set up in 2005, makes such a purchase.
