AEW Europe Exists Romania, Sells America House Offices to Morgan Stanley

After more than two years of negotiation, French asset management firm AEW Europe is officially exiting Romania after selling its America House office building in downtown Bucharest and the Promenada shopping mall in Targu Mures to Morgan Stanley.
