Bucharest Industrial Space Vacancy Rate Narrows In First Half - Colliers

Industrial space rentals in Bucharest cumulated 48,100 square meters in the first year-half, similar to the figure in the same period of 2010, but the vacancy rate reached an 18-month low because there are too few deliveries, real estate consultancy firm Colliers said Monday.
