Bucharest Office Space Transactions Hit 6-Year High By Volume In 2013 - CBRE

Transactions involving office spaces in Romania's capital city Bucharest exceeded 300,000 square meters in 2013, the highest volume reported in the last six years, with one third of the transactions closed by IT&C companies, according to real estate consulting firm CBRE.
