With a 210,000-sqm built area, EUR165 million investment, 15 cranes and 1,500 workers, Mega Mall, the shopping center that is taking shape in Bucharest’s Pantelimon area, is the biggest site in the Romanian capital city at a time when the construction market is still struggling amid sinking public investments.
