C&W: Co-Working Space Operators Place 3rd In Ranking Of Largest New Tenants In Bucharest

Co-working space operators leased office space of nearly 20,000 square meters in the first half of 2018, within existing buildings or buildings under construction in capital Bucharest, accounting for 13.4% of the overall volume of transactions estimated at approximately 150,000 sqm, according to data by Cushman & Wakefield Echinox.
