C&W: Realty Transactions In Romania Rise To EUR99M In 1Q

The value of real estate transactions concluded in the first quarter of the year in Romania amounted to EUR99 million, but the overall real estate activity remains modest as the number of realty deals halved, realty consultants Cushman&Wakefield said in a report Wednesday.
