CBRE: Over 900,000 Sqm Of New Office Space To Be Delivered In Bucharest By End-2018

Over 294,000 square meters of Class A office space will be delivered this year in capital Bucharest, within 16 real estate projects, and nearly half of total office space already delivered (48%) is in the northern part of Bucharest, according to latest data by real estate consulting firm CBRE.
