CBRE: Realty Deals At EUR940M In 2018, Similar With 2017 Level; Office Space Segment The Most Dynamic

Real estate transactions completed in 2018 reached EUR940 million, similar with the level registered in 2017, but 30% higher than the level recorded in 2016, being the fourth consecutive year in which office spaces attracted special interest, accounting for 55% of total deals, a study by real estate consultancy firm CBRE showed Monday.
