CBRE Romania Enters Property Management Market; Sun Plaza First Project In Its Portfolio

Real estate consulting firm CBRE Romania said Thursday it has entered the property management market and the first project it will manage is Sun Plaza, an 80,000-square meter shopping center in Bucharest, owned by Austrian company S Immo.
