Central-Western Area Beats North of Bucharest By Office Space Demand

Bucharest’s central-western area saw almost 40% of the demand for office space last year, compared with 31% for Floreasca-Barbu Vacarescu and Dimitrie Pompeiu, real estate consultant JLL says.
