Colliers: Bucharest Attracts Demand For 45,000 Sqm Of Office Space In 3Q/2017

The Bucharest office space market attracted demand for up to 45,000 square meters in the third quarter 2017, reaching a total 134,000 sqm from the start of 2017 to date. Companies in the IT and outsourcing sectors dominate the market, according to data from real estate consulting firm Colliers International.
