Colliers: Bucharest Office Market Up 18% In 3Q/2018

Bucharest’s office space market registered a total volume of lease transactions of 73,500 square meters in the third quarter of 2018, of which the net take-up targeted 20,400 sqm, half the level registered in the same period in 2017, according to data from real estate consulting firm Colliers International.
