Deloitte: House Prices In Romania Up 8.1% In Q1/2020; Trend To Be Kept Throughout 2020

House prices in Romania grew 8.1% in the first quarter of 2020 and the trend will be kept throughout the year, backed by changes to the government-supported First Home program and to the law stipulating the application of a 5% VAT rate for the sale of residential properties, which are to be adopted, according to Alexandra Smedoiu, Partner Deloitte Romania.
