Deloitte: Romania Ranks Third Among Countries With Cheapest Housing In Europe

Romania ranks third among European countries with cheapest housing, after Bosnia and Herzegovina and Greece, as the average price of a new home is EUR1,417/square meter, up from EUR1,266/square meter in 2021, Deloitte Property Index 2023 survey says, which compiles data from the main cities of 27 countries.
