DeSilva Properties Invests EUR20M In Three Residential Projects

Real estate developer DeSilva Properties, controlled by businessman Virgil Calina, will develop three residential projects that will be presented at the National Housing Fair (tIMOn), following over EUR20 million investments, according to ZF estimates based on tIMOn data.

Thus, DeSilva will invest approximately EUR7.5 million in Lakeside Residences project, developed in Bucharest, and EUR10 million in a project involving holiday apartments in Mamaia seaside resort. It also plans to develop a holiday apartments project in Predeal mountain resort, whose budget has not been specified.

So far, DeSilva developed projects such as Ramada North in Bucharest and Park Residence in northern Bucharest and Predeal.

DeSilva Properties is part of De Silva group, which also operates in the sector of import and distribution of food products, alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks (Toffifee, Merci, Dom Perignon, Moet & Chandon, Perrier, Vittel).
