DTZ: Bucharest Among World’s Least Expensive Markets By Industrial Space Occupancy Costs

Industrial space occupancy costs in Romania’s capital city Bucharest will grow by an average 0.3% per year by 2017, to $77 per square meter per year, placing the capital 8th among 54 cities included in a global ranking of the least expensive markets surveyed by real estate consulting firm DTZ Echinox.
