DTZ: Sales Of Office, Retail Space, Land Reach EUR250M In January-September

Real estate deals involving office space, retail space, and land stood at some EUR250 million in January-September, similar to the same period last year, but acquisition decisions were firmer and buyers were local opportunists and small and medium-sized investment funds, according to real estate consultant DTZ Echinox.
