Esop: Office Space Demand By Midcap Companies In Romania Up 30% In 1Q

Demand for office space by midcap companies in Romania increased by around 30% on the year in the first quarter of 2013, to 168,670 square meters and the bulk of demands targeted spaces that can be rented out for up to EUR11/ sqm per month, according to real estate company Esop Consulting.
