Firms Not At Fault For Delayed Works No Longer Allowed To Claim Damages – Draft

Firms in Romania executing public works and delaying the project without their fault will be entitled to ask for price adjustment, only within a certain limit, but will no longer be allowed to claim damages, as per a draft decision amending public procurement legislation.
