First Home Beneficiaries May Buy Bigger Home Under State-Guaranteed Program

Homeowners who are beneficiaries of the government-guaranteed mortgage lending First Home program will be allowed to buy a bigger or more expensive home under the program, according to a draft emergency ordinance.
