Spanish private equity firm GED, one of the most active investors in the tourism industry in the past few years, bought Duke hotel in Piata Romana square in central Bucharest, as well as an almost 6,000 square-meter refrigerating storage facility in Popesti Leordeni, nearby Bucharest.
