Grand Omnia Center in Ploiesti (southern Romania) is the most valuable asset of the 14 shopping centers of Winmarkt network owned by Italian company Immobiliare Grande Distribuzione (IGD) in Romania, being valued by CBRE and REAG at EUR54.8 million, nearly a third of the total portfolio.
