GTC's Galleria Malls In Arad, Piatra Neamt, Buzau Drop 17% In Value In 2Q

Galleria shopping malls in Arad, Piatra Neamt and Buzau, owned by real estate developer GTC, were valued at EUR29 million at the end of the second quarter, down 17% compared to the end of the first quarter, while the City Gate office development lost 1% of its value in the second quarter.
