Hagag Development Europe Plans To Build Luxury Apartments In Former Petrom HQ In Bucharest

Real estate developer HAGAG Development Europe, which is currently developing a residential project in Pipera area, wants to develop two new luxury apartment projects on Bucharest’s Calea Victoriei (Victory Avenue), at no. 109 (former headquarters of oil and gas company OMV Petrom) and at no. 139 (an old office building with seismic risk).
