Home Prices Increased In Only One Large Romanian City Over Past Year

Cluj-Napoca is the only large city in Romania where apartment prices increased over the past year, while in Constanta, Ploiesti, Timisoara, Brasov and Bucharest homeowners reduced prices by up to 4.2%, according to real estate website imobiliare.ro.
