Immofinanz Gives A Behind-The-Scenes Look Into The Adama Deal

Buying a company that holds plots for the construction of 10,000 apartments in Romania does not seem the best decision when the market is still frozen. However, when the price paid is a quarter of what it was four years ago, the investment starts to make sense. Here is a behind-the-scenes look into this year’s largest real estate transaction, whereby Immofinanz took over 70% in Adama for EUR42 million.
