Real estate developer Impact Developer & Contractor (IMP.RO) of businessman Gheorghe Iaciu will invest EUR40 million in the more than 600 unit residential project it will develop in the Expozitiei area in northern Bucharest, one of the areas in highest demand for real estate investment in the city in the last few months.
