Industrial Space Rentals Reach Highest Level Since 2007 - CBRE

Industrial space rental volumes reached 164,700 sqm in the first half of the year in Romania, the highest level since 2007, with Bucharest being the most attractive city for investors, according to a report issued Thursday by realty consultants CB Richard Ellis Romania, or CBRE.
