Investors In South Africa, USA And Singapore Target Real Estate Projects In Romania

Investors outside of Europe were involved in nearly 70% of the value of real estate transactions carried out in 2016, and most of them come from Singapore, South Africa and the United States of America, according to a study conducted by real estate consulting firm DTZ Echinox.
