JLL: Romanian Industrial Space Rental Down 40% In 1H

The surface of industrial space rented in the first half of the year decreased by 40% compared with the similar interval a year ago, to about 34,000 square meters, of which 60% was rented in the second quarter, according to real estate consultancy firm Jones Lang LaSalle, or JLL.
