Land Prices In Bucharest: From EUR70 To Over EUR800/Sqm

The price of land in Bucharest currently stands at about EUR70/square meter for large plots in areas like Soseaua Alexandriei or behind the plots bordering the boulevard in the Pallady area and may reach some EUR800/square meter in Barbu Vacarescu for a medium-sized lot, according to a ZF analysis of the ten most important deals of the past year.
