Businessman Liviu Tudor, the biggest office space owner in Romania, has completed a EUR58 million investment in the largest privately-owned campus in capital city Bucharest, which consists of three buildings including 924 studios and apartments located in Bucharest’s Militari district, close to Preciziei subway station.
