A number of very low-profile Romanian businessmen, such as Dragos Dobrescu, Remus Capota and Radu Dimofte, have started once again to build office buildings in Bucharest, smaller buildings, but located on boulevards such as Aviatorilor and Barbu Vacarescu, which afford the project high visibility.
